Mood Disorder Support

Your condition is not your fault.  A mood disorder is a physical, treatable medical condition that affects your brain.  It is a real condition and not a character flaw.  You can’t just wish yourself well.

Many of you have worked with your doctors who have devised a plan for wellness.  I help people with mood disorders reinforce the positive coping mechanisms and skills they are learning to deal with their disorder.

My specialities are:images

  • Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, & Laundry hygiene
  • Declutterization
  • Property Management
  • Ergonomics

I have been trained by McLean Hospital and South Oaks Hospital in coping skills for people who suffer from:Unknown-1

  • Major Depressive Disorder
  • Bipolar 1
  • Bipolar 2
  • Schizophrenia
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorder
  • Eating Disorders
  • Seasonal Affective Disorder

To be clear, I am not medically trained – I am not a licensed doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or therapist.  I am a licensed property manager that helps clients create environments that amplify, reinforce, support, and champion their coping mechanisms as prescribed by their healthcare professionals.

images-2I work with clients from several mood disorder support groups and 12-step programs.  I provide them with an analysis of their current living situation and make recommendations to get to their desired living situation as prescribed by their healthcare professionals.  Families of adult children with mood disorders living on their own can contact me too.  I can help you help your loved one.

Confidentiality is 100% guaranteed.
