As learning leaders, we need to maintain and deploy a myriad of learning technologies to support the needs of our team members.  

We must utilize various technologies in order to train the right people, on the right things, in the right place, at the right time, at the lowest cost possible, leaving them wildly satisfied. 

We must deploy software and hardware that engage all of our learners’ senses – sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell.

My team is currently researching the application of emerging and maturing technologies such as 3D Printing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR),  Bionic Reading, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Drones, Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs), Machine Learning, Remote Learning, Robotics, and Virtual Reality (VR).
