\u00a0Here are a few examples:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0Can you describe a typical day in this type of role? \u00a0What percentage of the day do employees get to focus on their work? \u00a0How does it support the corporation&#8217;s goals?<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0How long have you been with the company and what makes you stay? \u00a0What is your favorite thought about the company?<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0How would you describe the work environment and corporate culture? \u00a0How long has that culture been in place? \u00a0Is the culture a competitive advantage?<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0What are some of the goals for the company in the short and longer term? \u00a0How does this role I&#8217;m applying for fit in? \u00a0What is the company&#8217;s five year plan?<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00a0How do you measure performance here? \u00a0What are the important measures? \u00a0How will I be measured?<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00a0What types of career opportunities may open up down the road for a person starting out in this type of position? \u00a0What is the natural advancement track?
